Policies

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Money Orders or Cashier's Checks.

Select the style that you wish to purchase and follow the shopping cart directions. If you prefer to pay by check, please make cashier's check or money order out to Angela Johnson and mail it with your order to Angela Johnson at PMB 172, 14700 N. FLW Blvd., # 157, Scottsdale, AZ 85260.  Be sure to include your name, phone, address, item name, description, color, size and price.  Its best to contact Angela by email first before sending order to verify information.

Shipping:  We ship by Priority Mail.  Orders may take up to 4 weeks delivery for items not in stock, but average delivery time for in stock merchandise is approximately 5-7 business days.

Returns/Exchanges:

  Returns are only allowed on items that were damaged in manufacturing or shipping.  We are not responsible for any damage that may occur once in buyer's posession.  If item qualifies for return, you may return it for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the reciept. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.  If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Returns are not allowed on custom made items.  If the item does not fit correctly, we will alter it at no charge to fit you.  Simply email angela@angelajohnsondesigns.com and then ship the item back to us.
 
Your reciept will indicate where you need to send your return. In general, though, you may return merchandise to:
