STORE POLICY

SHIPPING:

We ship by Priority Mail and UPS.  Orders may take up to 4 weeks delivery for items that are custom made or not in stock, but average delivery time for in stock merchandise is approximately 5-7 business days.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Each garment is made to order, so returns are generally not accepted.  As each one is made by hand by the artist out of recycled T-shirts, quality discrepancies are usually very minimal, but should be expected and will not qualify as a factor for returning the garment.  Overall, the best possible quality that can be achieved at the affordable price points offered for one-of-a-kind garments is achieved.  Please see THE SPECIFICATIONS page for details on sizing, colors, themes, and quality.

We are not responsible for any damage that may occur once in buyer's possession.  If item does qualify for return, you may return it for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date once return has been approved.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt. When you return an item, please email us for approval first by indicating the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.  If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.  If the item does not fit correctly, we will alter it at no charge to fit you.  Simply email angela@angelajohnsondesigns.com and then ship the item back to us.
